About
Technical expertise. Sustainable delivery.
Adnanson Solutions brings together technology, education, cybersecurity, healthcare systems, project leadership, and capacity building to help institutions achieve lasting improvement.
The firm
Built around what happens after handover.
Adnanson Solutions was established to help institutions improve performance without losing sight of local realities, workforce capability, and long-term sustainability. Effective development projects must do more than purchase technology or deliver short-term training. They must strengthen existing systems, build institutional ownership, prepare local teams, and create structures that support continued improvement.
Our approach combines technical implementation with leadership engagement, documentation, training, governance, and knowledge transfer.

How we work
Six things we hold to.
Practicality
Recommend solutions that fit institutional needs, resources, infrastructure, and operating conditions.
Partnership
Work with local teams rather than around them.
Accountability
Connect activities to clear deliverables, responsibilities, and outcomes.
Knowledge Transfer
Prepare institutions to manage systems after project completion.
Sustainability
Consider maintenance, governance, staffing, and long-term ownership from the beginning.
Respect for Context
Recognize local systems, capabilities, constraints, and institutional priorities.
