What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to information you provide through adnansonsolutions.com, and what the website records automatically. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
The only information we ask for is what you choose to enter in the project inquiry form: your name, work email address, and a description of your need are required, and organization, job title, country, organization type, service area, funding or development partner, project stage, expected timeline and preferred contact method are optional.
When you submit the form, the website also records the IP address the submission came from. This is used to limit how many submissions a single address can send in an hour, which is what keeps the form from being used to flood our inbox.
Why we collect it
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- To understand the institutional context well enough to give a useful reply.
- To prevent automated abuse of the form.
We do not use it for anything else. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to us and are also written to a log file on the web server, stored outside the publicly reachable part of the site. The log exists so that a mail delivery failure can never silently lose an inquiry.
How long we keep it
IP addresses recorded for rate limiting are discarded automatically after one hour.
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity of correspondence, then deleted. Where an inquiry becomes an active engagement, the correspondence is retained for the life of that engagement and for as long afterwards as our professional and contractual obligations require.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner. Email us and we will remove it, from both our inbox and the server log.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no visitor tracking of any kind. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is being collected in the background.
Third parties
To display correctly, the site loads typefaces and one animation library from three external services. Because your browser fetches those files directly, those services can see your IP address and basic request information:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) — typefaces.
- jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the animation library used for on-scroll transitions.
We do not send them any information about you, and we receive nothing back from them. The site remains readable and usable if either service is blocked.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@adnansonsolutions.com and we will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
